Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If that's ever not the case, we offer hassle-free returns within 90 days of receiving your order.

90-Day Return Policy

You have 90 days to return your order to us. The period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you) received the goods.

How Returns Work

  1. Contact us by email at info@tryblackd.com with your order number and the reason for the return
  2. You will receive a return confirmation and the return label from us
  3. Pack the item securely and ideally include the delivery note
  4. Send the package back using the label provided

Return Costs

Returns are free for you. We cover the shipping costs.

Refunds

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing usually takes 5-10 business days after we receive the goods
  • The full purchase price, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded
  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to appear in your account

Damaged or Defective Items

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@tryblackd.com. If possible, include photos so we can help you as quickly as possible. In this case, we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, send the original item back and simply place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the product you want.

One point to check since this is for a supplement: the requirement that items be unused with seals intact applies to your voluntary 90-day policy, but it can't limit the statutory 14-day withdrawal right or the legal warranty for defects, so the 7-day window for reporting damaged items shouldn't read as a hard cutoff. I'm not a lawyer, so it's worth having that wording confirmed.
